Many of our students tell us that Martinez Adult Education is a friendly place to study. That’s comforting information for those who may be feeling some anxiety about returning to school. Our staff is welcoming and compassionate; we understand that getting back into the swing of school can be challenging. Many of our teachers began as students at MAE. They know firsthand the struggles faced by adults considering a career change or the completion of their high school diploma.

Come join us at Martinez Adult Education to take the first important steps to a new career or to an enhancement of your personal life.  Our career technical education classes can provide you with the tools necessary to work as an accountant, medical biller and coder, customer service or data entry clerk, or optical dispensing technician. Is computer repair your interest? Our instructors can help you learn to diagnose and repair an ailing PC. Maybe you have always wanted to learn graphics, marketing, or Computer Aided Drafting…..we have just the class for you! If becoming a nurse is your goal, enroll in the certified nurse assistant program or begin with medical terminology. For those looking at a career in criminal justice, Martinez Adult Education offers PC 832/Arrest and Control and Module 3.

Is stress getting the better of you? Join us for square dancing, swing dancing, aerobics, or yoga.
